fix: use HTTPS for webhook URL (HQ-20)

- Default to https://hooks.donovankelly.xyz/hooks/agent
- Remove hardcoded token from compose defaults
- Token must be set via CLAWDBOT_HOOK_TOKEN env var in Dokploy
